You've probably seen those commercials with Jamie Lee Curtis for Activia Yogurt.  The big hook of this particular yogurt is that it makes you more regular.  Last month I read this blog about the commercials and laughed my a** off at their take on the spots (the title of the blog alone deserves an award for it's "on the nose" crassness).
