You've probably heard some of the hype about 30 Rock, but for whatever reason haven't watched the show yet (or maybe you ARE watching already... if so, rock on).  Anyway, believe the hype, the show is truly one of the best comedies of all time, and it gets funnier every week.  This past week was stellar, as the cast is caught up in reality show called MILF Island.  Here's the whole thing, thank me later.
