So, I've been listening to this album constantly since I bought it last year and this song never fails me when I turn it up. There's just something about lyrics that make a statement of not being a pushover or letting other people use you or take advantage of you. I may have a different outtake on the lyrics, but that's how they came across to me.

it's slightly heavier than what's played on the radio (which i would LOVE to hear more of this music type).......okay who am I lying. it's A LOT heavier than what's played. if 98.7 played music like this and less mainstream, and a little more alternative rock or heavy rock, i'd have a radio surgically input into my brain so i could listen to it even when i sleep!

Yeah so I ended up going out yesterday afternoon to Pomona with a couple of co-workers. I didn't plan on getting anything but kept getting pestered about getting a "Little Buddy" on the inside of both of my arms so that you could see if I flexed. I opted out of that one, even though that's my nickname here. I walked around......a lot.....just looking at different booths and what other people considered art. I already had 4 tattoos, but only of script writing so I figured it was time to move away from quotes and try something else. About 2 hours before closing time it hit me. Bloody Gir from Invader Zim. Not many people know about Invader Zim as it was a Cartoon Network series that went on for only 2 seasons. I have attached a photo, hopefully you guys (and gals) like it. Let me know what you think.

Like the title says I just turned 25 on july 12th. The only thing I look forward to is my insurance going down haha. That and now I have 40 more years before I can think about retiring. Good thing I started some Mutual Funds and IRA's almost 5 years ago. It was a good choice I made. I know I'll be set for the rest of my life once I retire. I just got a new car too ('08 Saturn Outlook) that seats 8 people so I'm happy about that. I mainly just got it for my snowboarding trips I take every year, but it's good on gas so that works out.
