hey....SO the big news is that I am making a kids record!!! weeeeeeeeeee.....I mde one in 2002 and donated it to an organization called PEPS (program for early parent support) PEPS and it did well and I forgot about it...you can buy it hereSING WITH A CHILD ...but I started writing really simple little songs a month ago and remembered the feel of that record and got into altering old traditional songs and writing lots of originals and having kids write songs and tell stories and collaboration with other singers and WOW I have 23 songs done already!...So I am looking for a label etc and talking to peeps in the industry for direction and I hope that I can have this out in the beginning of 2009....I am super excited about this whole thing and excited to tap into the traditional folk and simple feel of kids music...I want to make music for LITTLE LITTLE kids...0-5 not the cool kids but the droolers...fun music for babies and their parents...ok gotta go record!....

ok ok ok....so I pulled a rockstar move and missed my flight...here is the story...I was up all night with other rock stars eating donuts and telling lies till 5am...then we went to the space needle for milk...a typical rock start night...when it was time to go to the airport Kate would not stop curling her eyelashes and strutting around in a bird suit...SO....we missed our flight...the truth is boring so I wont tell it here...buy me a beer sometime and I will tell you all about it....Norway was GORGE-ous...the first show was shakey for me because of a bad channel for my vocals in my ear monitors but the following two were splendid affairs with bouncing people and happy vibrations for all involved...these short trips are great because we never really get adjusted to the time and we just stay weird the whole time...time...Kate and I managed a couple of nature walks and ate sumptuous food at the hotel...we had very bland hot dogs in the morning for breakfast cause it was really dinnertime and checked out the harbor towns that really did look just like the Northwest...ok
